Hello Grove House!
Welcome to the official new Grove House, Finchley website. This site will provide multiple communication services for all residents, tenants and landlords of the Grove House block located on Waverley Grove in idyllic Finchley.
Under the guise of new directorship, there will be collective openness for all involved, be it as a tenant, freeholder or landlord to participate in making the necessary improvements that will restore Grove House to its former glory. The board of directors fully appreciate the scope required to accomplish this goal and are committed to fostering a culture of transparency so that all relevant parties are fully informed at every stage of every project.
Some initiatives will involve simply improving the cosmetic appeal of the building while others will address longstanding, impactful issues the go to the very heart of the building’s infrastructure. In the case of the latter, there will be unavoidable moments of inconvenience. We will make sure that all residents and primary occupancy freeholders are informed through well enough in advance of any changes with respect to parking or access to the building as we approach the start date for these necessary projects. We ask for your patience.
This site will serve as the primary conduit so that we are all informed of what needs and requirements are to be fulfilled in order to make Grove House the type of building reflects the highest pride of ownership and occupancy.
One of the directorship’s primary goals is to actively increase the involvement of the tenants and landlords involvement on a regular basis. We want you to be informed. That’s the primary purpose of this site. However, we also need you to get involved. Thus, we would like to hear from you. But we need to hear from you first. Thus, any questions, queries or suggestions should be directed to info@grovehousefinchley.co.uk. No issue is to small and we promise to get back to you with response.
Grove House is a great place to live with a history that goes back as far as pre- World War II and was able to survive through very tumultuous times. It has served as the residence for some amazing people and still does to this day. Yes, there is a staggering amount of work to be accomplished in order to return the shine it once displayed. But, together, with the help of everyone involved, this task is entirely possible. We just ask for your help and your patience.
